Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item is received damaged or incorrect, please email us at jenovatestickers@gmail.com or contact us through the contact page on our website. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your receipt and order number as proof of purchase. Refunds are available for items purchased within 30 days. They are only issued for damaged or incorrect items and will be refunded to the original payment card. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for other reasons or to different payment methods.

Do you ship internationally?

JenovateStickers offers international shipping exclusively for wholesale orders placed through Creoate. For all retail orders, we currently only ship within United States. Wholesale customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred during the shipping process.

How are orders shipped?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with a mail stamp (no tracking number). Tracking information is provided for all bundle purchases, regardless of the order total. For individual orders over $15, tracking information will also be included. International wholesale orders placed through Creoate will be shipped according to Creoate’s policies, with tracking available through their platform.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for both domestic and international orders. There are no additional charges for shipping, whether you're ordering within United States or internationally via creoate for wholesale purchases.

When will my stickers be shipped?

Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and international orders are processed within 5- 7 business days. Both domestic and international orders qualify for free shipping.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.

How long does it take to receive my package?

For domestic orders, delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days after the order has been processed.

For international wholesale orders via Creoate, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please refer to Creoate’s shipping policy for more details on international delivery times.
